Future Explains Why He Nixed His BET Awards Performance

Future, on his absence from the BET Awards: "I'm not about to sell my soul for no publicity stunts."

During his Monday performance at an L.A. club called Supper Club, Future explained his absence from the BET Awards stage the night before.

The Shade Room documented his explanation in a pair of videos on their Instagram account. Here's what Future had to say:

"I'm not about to sell my soul for no publicity stunts."
